This online spa or hotel reservation service is operated by Seven Seas Media & Networks Co., Ltd. (herein referred to as "spatravel.net") in corporation with spas or hotels throughout Thailand. All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates, published rate from spas and hotels, transaction via Internet, banking or other ways determined by spatravel.net. Spatravel.net are fully responsible for our services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made via spatravel.net's website and payment made from and for its services. Spatravel.net are NOT responsible for services provided by spa or hotel chosen by clients. Spatravel.net guarantee that you will have the quality of services from spas or hotels as stated in website. The quality of service fully depends on prestige of spa or hotel chosen and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you, clients. Spatravel.net are fully responsible for identity of any client who participates in its website and for data received by spatravel.net.

If your spa or hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the spa or hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some spas or hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates. Theses rates are applicable only when reservation is made through spatravel.net. If you cannot find out rate of spa or hotel you're looking for, please contact us for more information.

PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within 2-3 days. If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other suggestion. For hotel package, the deposit is usually 50%. The balance to be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response. For spa services, the deposit is usually 50%. The balance to be paid either direct at the spa or 7 days before arrival.

Spatravel.net only guarantee availability for reservation of spa treatment(s), package (s), room(s), tour(s), and or other services when we have received above documents. Your credit card only serves as a guarantee, full payment can be done upon arrival at spa or hotel or at our office, and we will not deduct your credit card details used only to indicate your seriousness in booking with us. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up after signing the Confirmation Form.

All rates are quoted in Thai Baht; however, in case of payment by bank transfer; local regulations require that all charges are made in Thailand, so please transfer money equivalent to the Thai Baht at rate of exchange applied by Thailand banks for selling US dollars on day of debit. The customers must pay banking fee for overseas transaction.

A copy of the Voucher will be faxed or email to you once payment is cleared.

CANCELLATION
For Hotel package, Cancellation Fee of 50% for cancellation of booking 15 (fifteen) days before arrival date. Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days of intended arrival will be charged at full rate for each item. For spa services, Cancellation made within 5 days of intended arrival, will be charged at full rate for each item.

TRANSFERS
Spatravel.net's packages usually not include transfers. Please fill in the form whether you will need transfer. Normally the rate will be from 300 - 1000 baht, please contact spatravel.net for more information.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Most travelers do not need a visa to Thailand for a limited stay of up to 60 days. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and visa to Thailand.

COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile, as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

LIABILITY
Spatravel.net in cooperation with associated spas and hotels and other partner business act only as agent for respective spas and hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall spatravel.net be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or spas or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of spatravel.net, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or spa or hotel herein. If any spas or hotels and/or services are substituted, spatravel.net at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Spatravel.net in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
